PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

Altovalle 2019 SL is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is designed to help you understand what type of information we collect in connection with our products and services and how we process and use that information. Throughout this Policy, the term “personal data” refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (i.e., a natural person).

“Altovalle 2019 SL” refers to Altovalle 2019 SL Corporation, including all its group companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries from time to time (also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). You acknowledge and agree that your personal data collected may be used in accordance with this policy by and for one or more companies within the Altovalle 2019 SL group, which will be considered, individually or jointly, as data controllers.

This Policy applies to personal data collected in connection with products and services offered by Altovalle 2019 SL or from other interactions with us where a link or other appropriate reference to this Policy is made, for example, in connection with our products, websites, applications and other types of services offered by Altovalle 2019 SL typically in electronic form, as well as other services such as customer and warranty services, customer events or promotions and campaigns.

We typically provide additional privacy-related terms in connection with a particular Altovalle 2019 SL product or service. These product or service-specific terms take precedence over this Policy in the event of any conflict. Our products or services may also contain links to other companies' websites and other third-party services that have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies of those services. Altovalle 2019 SL is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party services.

Where your consent to the processing of personal data described in this Policy is required under applicable law, such consent will be obtained through an appropriate mechanism, such as selecting a box indicating your consent, choosing technical settings for a service or website, or other statement or conduct that clearly indicates your acceptance of the processing, depending on the product, website, service, or application you are using.

Data obtained from third parties. In addition to the personal data we obtain from you, we may, in accordance with applicable laws, obtain certain personal data from listing rental companies and other publicly available sources. This may include personal data such as credit information and address updates.

THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Altovalle 2019 SL processes your personal data for the purposes described in this Policy and/or any additional service-specific privacy information. Please note that one or more purposes may apply simultaneously.

Provision of products and services. We may process and use your personal data to provide you with the product or service you have requested, fulfill your other requests such as customer service, process your order, or as necessary to fulfill or enforce the contract between you and Altovalle 2019 SL . We may also process and use your personal data to ensure the functionality and security of our products and services, to identify you, and to prevent and detect fraud and other misuse.

Product and service development. We may process and use your personal data to develop our products and/or services. However, in most cases, we only use aggregated and statistical information in the development of our products and services, and not data that directly identifies you. We may also process and use your personal data to personalize our offers and to provide you with a more relevant service, for example, to make recommendations and display personalized content and advertising. We may combine personal data collected in connection with your use of a particular Altovalle 2019 SL product and/or service with other personal data we may hold about you, except where such personal data has been collected for a different purpose.

We may process and use your personal data to communicate with you, for example, to provide you with information related to our products and/or services that you are using or to contact you regarding customer satisfaction inquiries. We may also process and use your personal data for marketing purposes. Marketing purposes may include using your personal data for targeted marketing or research purposes in accordance with applicable laws, for example, to conduct market research and to communicate our products, services, or promotions to you through our own electronic services or those of third parties.

In addition, some of our products and services may be used to promote other companies' products and services. However, Altovalle 2019 SL does not disclose your personal data to these companies for their marketing purposes without your prior consent.

Profiling/Personalization. We may process and use your personal data for profiling/personalization purposes such as targeted direct marketing and improving our products or services. We may also create aggregated and statistical information based on your personal data. Profiling/personalization includes the automated processing of your personal data to evaluate, analyze, or predict your personal preferences or interests in order to, for example, send you marketing messages about products or services that are most suitable for you.

We may also transfer your personal data, including heart rate data, biometric data or other health-related data, to a service partner if you use such services, when a third-party company needs to process such data for the provision of the respective service, or when you separately agree that a third-party company may process your data in connection with Altovalle 2019 SL's services or products.

Therefore, your personal data may be transferred outside the country where you use our services, including to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), where the level of data protection may not be considered adequate by the European Commission. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected, as required by applicable law. For international transfers of your personal data, we generally rely on agreements based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”). You can find the SCCs here. DATA RELATING TO MINORS

Altovalle 2019 SL does not attempt to collect any information or conduct any transactions with minors in their respective countries. However, our databases may contain personal data of children because it is not always possible to accurately determine a user's age. We reserve the right to block service to anyone who is, or whom we reasonably suspect is, a minor.

Altovalle 2019 SL's policy is to request that minors not make purchases or participate in other legal acts related to our products and services without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law. If you are a minor but have the consent of your legal guardian, you must be able to demonstrate that such consent exists upon request.

We take reasonable steps to keep the personal data we hold accurate and up-to-date and to delete personal data that is outdated, otherwise incorrect, or unnecessary.

Certain Altovalle 2019 SL products and services may allow you to manage your profile and the information within it. We encourage you to access your personal data through your profile from time to time to ensure it is accurate and up to date. Please remember that for these electronic services where you can manage your profile, it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information and to update the personal data you have provided to us in the event of any changes.

We store your personal data only for the period necessary for the purpose in question or the time required by applicable laws.

Web beacons generally do not collect more information than your browser provides as a standard part of any internet communication. If you disable cookies, the web beacon will no longer be able to track your specific activity. However, the web beacon may still collect visit information from your IP address, but this information will no longer be personally identifiable.

If you wish to disable cookies or be notified before they are placed, you can do so in your browser settings. Some of our business partners whose content is linked to or from our website may also use cookies or web beacons. However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

You acknowledge and accept the storage of cookies, other local storage technologies, beacons, and other information on your devices and access to such cookies, local storage technologies, beacons, and information by us and the third parties mentioned above.

You also have the right to request that we supplement, rectify, anonymize, or delete any incomplete, inaccurate, unnecessary, or outdated personal data we hold about you. However, we cannot delete personal data that is necessary for compliance with binding legal obligations or if the personal data must be retained in accordance with applicable laws. You have the right to request and receive the personal data we have collected about you in a commonly used and machine-readable format. If you believe that your personal data collected by us is inaccurate, do not want it deleted when the processing of your personal data has been deemed unlawful, or when the personal data is no longer necessary, or when you have objected to the processing and there are still legitimate grounds for it, you may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

You can also object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing, promotional materials, profiling, or market research. Furthermore, when your personal data is processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to such processing at any time.

Should you wish to exercise your rights as described above, you may, where applicable and in accordance with applicable law, do so by contacting us through the contact points mentioned in the marketing materials or below in this Policy. In some cases, particularly if you wish us to delete or cease processing your personal data, this may also mean that we can no longer provide you with services.
