    1. Full Customization
    2. Kustom customization (color, initials and flags)

  • This option allows you to create a completely unique ski, without Kustom branding.

    Choose any of our ski models and contact us at sales@kustomsports.com to begin the process.

    You can customize both the topsheet and the sole with any graphic or design you want.

  • If you want to trade in your current Kustom skis for a new model, you'll automatically receive a 20% discount on your next purchase.

  • We do not have our own repair shop.

    However, we'd be happy to help you find the best local workshop or certified technician to repair your skis.

Warranty and repair

  • Yes. All our skis are covered by a warranty that applies exclusively to manufacturing defects .

    If you believe your product has a problem unrelated to misuse or impact damage, please email us at sales@kustomsports.com with photos, your order number, and a brief description. Our team will review your case and advise you on the next steps.

  • We do not offer an extended warranty program.

    However, we do have our Renewal Program , which offers you a 20% discount on your next pair of skis if you wish to buy or replace your current ones.

  • Our skis are designed for riders who value precision, versatility, and performance: from all-mountain enthusiasts to freeriders and backcountry explorers. Each model is created with a specific purpose and detailed specifications that highlight its optimal terrain and riding style.

  • All Kustom skis are made with high-quality materials, including wood cores, carbon or fiberglass reinforcements, and premium bases and edges. We design each ski to achieve a balance of strength, responsiveness, and lightness.

  • As a general rule, your ideal ski length depends on your height, weight, skill level, and preferred terrain. If you have any questions, contact us at sales@kustomsports.com and we'll help you choose the perfect equipment.

  • No. Our skis are sold without bindings . You can add them separately when placing your order.

  • Each product page includes a list of recommended attachments , specifically tailored to the performance, category, and intended use of the model you are purchasing.

  • Yes — we can fit the fixings for you.

    We install the plates using the official template and, depending on the shipping method selected, the fixings may arrive fully mounted on the plate or pre-adjusted for your technician to complete.

    If you prefer to receive the skis without the bindings attached , please let us know when placing your order.

  • We will ask you for the length of the boot sole (in millimeters) that is printed on your ski boot.

    By default, we mount the bindings in the natural center of the ski (recommended mounting point) .

    If you prefer a custom position (forward or backward), just let us know and we'll adjust the mounting accordingly.

Shipping and Delivery

Fast, reliable and secure worldwide shipping for all Kustom products.

  • If the product is in stock , shipping takes 2–3 business days within Spain and 3–5 business days within the EU , depending on the destination.

    For skis that are not in stock , the production time is 30–45 days , depending on the manufacturing schedule.

  • Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over €200 within mainland Spain.

  • Yes. We ship worldwide.

    Shipping within Europe is simple and, for orders over €800 , it is included.

    For destinations outside of Europe , please contact us to prepare a personalized shipping quote based on your location.

  • Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can see the package status in real time.

  • All skis are carefully wrapped and placed in a custom-made box designed to minimize movement, protect the edges, and prevent damage during transport.

    If you notice any external damage upon receiving the package, please let us know immediately so we can help you.

Payments, returns and refunds

  • All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint initiative of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • Yes. Please contact us directly to process your order manually via bank transfer.

  • Yes — you can request a refund within the eligible return period, provided the skis are unused and in their original condition.

    If the product shows damage due to misuse, impact, or lack of care, we will not be able to issue a refund. However, we offer a 20% discount on a new pair for customers whose skis have been damaged and who request assistance.

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Exceptions may apply for special programs or pre-sales.

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing problem or an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.

    If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

    Products returned with damage (not due to manufacturing defects) are not eligible for a refund.
